Auragen 7-Day Return Policy

At Auragen, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation for the return process. Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are not refundable unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
